01. Interpretation/Translation

Multilingual meetings require more than simply converting words from one language to another. Interpreters help participants follow discussions as they happen, while translation ensures documents, presentations and written communication remain accurate and accessible. The result is a meeting where language does not slow down participation or understanding.

02. Interpretation Equpment Rental

Simultaneous interpretation depends on a reliable audio chain from the speaker to the interpreter and finally to the listener. Interpreter booths, consoles, receivers, headsets and transmission systems are configured around the venue, audience size and number of languages required. Equipment can be supplied for small meetings, conferences and large multilingual events.

Process to Success

01. Understand the Requirement

Every project starts with understanding the event itself. We review the venue, audience size, programme, number of rooms, technical expectations, language requirements and any existing infrastructure.

02. Plan the Solution

We design the most suitable technical approach for the project. This includes selecting the right equipment, interving and selecting interpreters, defining the system layout, identifying integration points and planning how each element will work together.

03. Set Up & Test

After implimention of the requirements we dedicate atleast a day for testing the flow of the all system. Our support team and interpreters also avail themselves for briefing or any final special request.

04. Deliver & Support

During the event, our technical team manages the system and monitors performance throughout the programme. Adjustments are made where necessary, and any technical issues are handled quickly without disrupting the event.

5. Supervision & Handover

Monitor and supervise construction progress, ensure compliance with design. Support in resolving issues arising during construction. Check quality and hand over the project upon completion.
